The turbo blower is not designed to withstand pressurization. So, whenever possible, do not perform a leakage check by pressurizing the turbo blower. Even when internal pressurization is inevitable, never apply a pressure more than 0.08 MPa. Otherwise, components such as connectors or the oil gauge may be damaged. To minimize the risk of connector damage, connect all cables to the turbo blower when applying pressure. Change turbo blower oil every 4000 hours or 2 years at least. When the quality of the turbo blower oil is deteriorated with long time running, it is possible that the turbo blower breaks down. So please make sure to change the oil with provided hours or less. There is the laser maintenance screen to manage the periodic maintenance. So please use this function. When the turbo blower is replaced, the gas flow system is open to the atmosphere for a long time. Pay attention to the surrounding environment to ensure that dust and other contaminants do not enter the gas flow system. Do not tilt the turbo blower while transporting and installing it. If the turbo blower is tilted, the oil might enter the gas flow part of it and contaminate the laser gas flow system and optical mirrors, so the tilted turbo blower cannot be used.
